Our Story
Nestled in the sun-drenched hills of western Crete, our family has cultivated Koroneiki olives for four generations. The ancient groves, some over 500 years old, produce an oil of extraordinary character — peppery, fruity, and alive.
We harvest by hand each autumn, cold-press within hours, and ship directly to Switzerland. No warehouses, no blending, no shortcuts. Just pure Cretan olive oil, from our grove to your table.
Every bottle of Ladio carries the terroir of Crete — the salt air of the Libyan Sea, the wild herbs of the hillsides, and centuries of knowledge pressed into liquid gold.
